FADERHEAD: Less than one year
after releasing the acclaimed 'Horizon Born' EP and the Trilogy
compendium, German electromeister Faderhead is back with his most ambitious
project to date: 'Black Friday'. The 16-song conceptual album tells the story
of a Friday night gone wrong, from the end of the working day, to the fun in
the clubs to the inevitable crash and all the chaos in between. Like any good
party Faderhead brought along some friends for the ride, including guest
vocalists Chris Pohl (Blutengel/Terminal
Choice), Ted Phelps (Imperative Reaction) and fellow L-Tracks artist Shaolyn
(Face Down). Faderhead also went all out and shot a 15-minute short movie
(incl. a cameo appearance by Steve Naghavi/
And One) that
visualizes the story and incorporates the tracks from the new album. Released
on L-Tracks and available October 8th, 2010.

O CHILDREN:
'O.Children' the self-titled debut is as extraordinary as it is epic, and heavy
as it is heartfelt. Strange hooks, swirling minimalist guitars and drums
reminiscent of a time that many can recall as the psychedelic
"shoegaze" era of the 80's and early 90's. With serious nods to the
likes of Bauhaus,
The Sisters Of
Mercy, Joy
Divisionand of course
Nick Cave (who
wrote the song the band took as their name), O.Childrens self titled
debut is something completely out of sync with their contemporaries. Their
self-titled debut full length 'O.Children' was made available digitally on July
12th on iTunes along with the option to pre-order the limited edition physical
vinyl (single+remixes), limited edition posters & CD copy of the full
length with bonus tracks. O.Children are Tobi OKandi (Vox), Andi Sleath
(Drums) Gauthier Ajarrista (Guitar) and Harry James (Bass), and all barely out
of their teens when they were swept up in a fine frenzy of critical acclaim
across our shores, having hit people's radar in late 2009. The band signed to
cutting edge London based indie label Deadly People in early 2010. A tour is
expected at the end of the year in North America.

COMBICHRIST:
Combichrists Andy LaPlegua returned to the studio with a fist full of
inspiration and a whole lot of nothing to prove. With the new album, 'Making
Monsters', LaPlegua emerges a more vital beast, stripped of all pretentions.
The new album is raw, visceral, and seething with uncompromising urgency. In
pushing forward,
Combichrists
playfully sinister facade is torn away. What is exposed underneath is an
uncompromising expression of lust, anger, pain, and hate personified. 'Making
Monsters' is laden with hook heavy choruses, speaker crushing beats, and dark,
aggressive vocals. The first single Never Surrenderis bound to rule the
dance floors along with other floor stompers They and Throat Full of
Glass. The new album will be released on August 27th in Europe through Out
Of Line, and in the US on September 14th, on Metropolis
Records.

record with members of Roxy Music, including Brian Eno, Phil Manzanera, and
Andy Mackay. This is the first album to reunite them since Roxy Musics
seminal album 'For Your Pleasure' in 1973. The single You Can Dance,
which is already a club hit across Europe, is accompanied by a music video shot
at the historic Wiltons Music Hall in London. The album features eight

Number as well as collaborations with Scissor Sisters (Heartache By
Numbers) and Groove Armada (Shameless).

EDENBRIDGE: Edenbridge return
with a new album 'Solitaire' released on Jul 02, 2010. The mystic cover artwork
depicts a Celtic triad painted by the famous artists Anthony Clarkson and
symbolizes the questioning of old beliefs and the resulting paradigm change
experience in the world today. The eye, taken from a photo of vocalist Sabine,
symbolizes the process of remembering the wisdom, which lives inside us all.
'Solitaire' was recorded for the most part by Frank Pitters at Lanvalls
Farpoint Station Studio. Many bands that chose to incorporate orchestral
arrangements in their sound hire a professional to write their score. This is
not the case with Edenbridge, as Lanvall arranges these parts himself. This
comes as no surprise, since Lanvall has studied the scores of Anton Bruckner
for many years.
